Weekend Gala: Myth of the Human Body Museum

When I was a kid, I'd never got a chance to join any of the field trip held by our school(my mom don't allow me to. haha :D poor kid!). We got inside and pay for our entrance fee. The tour is by batch so we waited for a couple of minutes for people who will also visit the museum. We begin our tour along with 3 other person. The tour guide (he's a nurse) told us not to take pictures for respect to people who donated their bodies there. Taking pictures, eating, drinking, smoking is not allowed inside. There were designated spots where you can take your photos.

In our entire tour the staff often ask if we are FEU students. Do we still look like students? haha. tenk you. 

There were a lot of cadaver inside(Chinese), this is actually the reason why we went to MHBM. During our tour, we got into details of different parts of the body. inside and outside of the body and gave us tips on how to take care of ours. It takes us almost 2 hrs after we finish our tour, which is totally worth it.

At the end of the tour we are now able to take our photos. Atlas!.. There were staff that will take your photo and you will pay for 300PHP it is not really required but we availed it.

There is a casket where you can take a selfie while you're inside. My friend tried this. ayaw ko. 

Reflection Corner time to reflect ofcourse! haha. but really this is a life changing tour. I've learned a lot. You don't know what will happen to you after 10 years, a month, tomorrow, after you read this blog. Life is uncertain so live your life and make the best out of it, yeah, without knowing what will happen next. Ok Im getting emotional haha!

How to get to the Myth of the Human Body Museum?

Option 1.) From Sucat Paranaque, ride a FX going to Lawton and asked to be dropped at Traders Hotel Manila. From here you can either ride a cab/taxi or walk your way to the Museum.

Option 2.) From Mall of Asia, ride a Buendia-Bound shuttle(usually orange in color) that passes by World Trade Center.
